Metal roller strengthening process

Surface treatment requirements: Hardness control : The hardness of the bearing section must be lower than HV450 (to avoid damage to the bearing), and the assembly section must be higher hardness (to prevent scratches) . Roughness accuracy: The sliding bearing segment needs to maintain a specific roughness range (Ra 0.4-1.6μm) to ensure oil film formation, and the rolling bearing segment requires higher accuracy to reduce noise.
