WGT intermediate sleeve drum gear coupling is suitable for connecting two horizontal coaxial transmission shaft systems. The tooth spacing is small, the relative radial displacement is small, and the structure is compact. It allows rotation in both positive and negative directions, and either side can be used as the active input end, transmitting a nominal torque of 800-1800000N·m. In general, it should be used in pairs, with the inner gear ring connected to the intermediate sleeve, and the outer gear sleeves at both ends connected to the working machine shaft and the power machine shaft respectively. Due to the need for automatic centering of the coupling during operation, the weight of the intermediate sleeve shall not be greater than 2% of the meshing circumferential force at the pitch circle of the gear calculated based on the nominal torque. When the intermediate sleeve is too long, too heavy, and the speed is high, the critical speed should be controlled. In order to enhance the lubrication and sealing effect, reduce the number of parts, and improve the operating reliability, it is particularly recommended to use the sealing end cover and the inner gear ring as an integrated structure.
