GCLD type (motor shaft extension type) drum gear coupling adopts the basic tooth meshing parameters of GICL, with small tooth spacing, small relative radial displacement, compact structure, small moment of inertia, suitable for occasions with motors. Positive and negative rotation is allowed, and the external gear sleeve on either side can be used as the active input end, with a nominal transmission of 1.6~ 56kN-m.
In order to enhance the lubrication and sealing effect, reduce the number of parts, and improve the operating reliability, it is particularly recommended to use the sealing end cover and the internal gear diagram as an integral structure.
This standard size is the same as JB/T8854.1-2001 and JB/Z04380-86G II CLD.
