CNC machining is applicable to a variety of materials, especially in the manufacture of aluminum alloy and stainless steel parts:
Aluminum alloy: light weight, high strength, good thermal conductivity, suitable for precision parts such as electronic housings and automotive parts; cutting speed (such as below 400°C to avoid sticking) and feed rate need to be controlled during processing to ensure dimensional stability and surface finish.
Stainless steel: corrosion-resistant and high-strength, but difficult to process, prone to tool wear or chip removal difficulties; carbide tools (such as YG6, YT15) need to be selected and cutting parameters optimized (such as reducing feed speed) to reduce work hardening and deformation.
