The hydraulic grid coupling T10 is a high-performance and reliable coupling made of high-strength alloy steel and carefully processed into a grid shape. The manufacturing process of this coupling includes hardening and tempering under controlled conditions, as well as shot peening the surface of the grid to form a residual stress surface layer, which helps to hinder crack propagation and significantly increase the working life and fatigue strength of the grid. The features of the hydraulic grid coupling T10 include the provision of aluminum horizontal cover (T10) and all steel vertical cover (T20) designs, which are easy to assemble/replace and can be interchanged with industry standard conical grid coupling designs. In addition, its shot peened conical mesh flexible components have a long service life.
